SUBMISSION OF AN EXTENDED ABSTRACT

EasyChair-LogoTo present at the symposium, please submit an extended abstract (max. 1000 words) before the March 15th.

We are using Easychair to manage the submission and review process for hEART2017. The following link will take you to the conference on Easychair. In order to proceed, you will need to register as an author with Easychair (if you have not done so in the past). Even if you have previously used Easychair in the past, we urge you to please carefully read the ‘Instructions for Authors’ below before proceeding.

Due to several kind requests, we have decided to extend the deadline for abstract submission.
The new deadline is March 31, 2017. This is a firm deadline and there will be no further extension.
Authors who already submitted their abstracts can update their submissions until the new deadline.

SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT HERE

Submissions will be evaluated by reviewers appointed by the hEART organizing and steering committees. The committees decide upon acceptance, based on the recommendations of the reviewers. Final acceptance is conditional upon the registration of the speaker to the symposium, with the rule that each speaker can make just one presentation.

Once you have logged in to the Easychair system for hEART2017, you should click on the “New Submission” link on the menu bar at the top. Follow the on-screen instructions, providing all of the information requested. You must upload your extended Abstract as a PDF or Word.

Please also provide at least three keywords and choose the most relative topics to characterise your submission. The keywords should be inserted by you, while the topics should be chosen from the list.

Once your entry is complete, including the uploaded Abstract, click the “Submit” button.

Once you have completed your submission and clicked “Submit” a new item will appear on your author menu bar for your submission (entitled “Abstract #” where #= the number of your submitted abstract). You can then return edit/update your submission at any point by clicking on this item.

At the end of the submission procedure (and whenever you subsequently edit your submission) you should receive a confirmation email from us.

Once the review process is completed, you will receive an acceptance/rejection notification, with reviews, by email. You may also review the decisions by returning to your submission in Easychair.

Please note: submitting an extended abstract via Easychair does not register you for the symposium. Symposium registration details will be announced in due course.
